All our products are handmade in Italy by our artisans in very small batches. This is how we can ensure the sustainability of production, avoiding any fashion waste, and the uniqueness of each item, which is crafted just for you.
Some products are ready for you, and you can find them tagged with the “Ships Immediately” label. Others will be made once you place the order. These products are labelled with the “To be crafted” icon.
Our office is in Milan, Italy. However, our Artisans live and work all over Italy. For each of them you can find a detailed bio in our Artisans section.

Our prices are as unique as our products.
We commit to a fair price for our customers as well as a fair margin for our artisans. This means that our prices are free of the huge mark-ups that are usually charged for this type of products.

Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide (excluding Russia) with various global courier partners.
Shipping is free worldwide for orders over €150. Shipping cost below €150 varies according to continent: Europe 15€, Americas 25€, Asia 30€.
Duties are included in the price shown on the website. Indeed, relevant import taxes and duties are processed by MIRTA once your order has been shipped. You do not have to pay any additional fee after checkout, and we will take care of the whole process.
Sales taxes are included as well in the price shown at checkout.
Once the product is ready, we provide Express shipping (1-2 days) with our courier partners. We are aware that you cannot wait to receive our exclusive pieces, for this reason we built the fastest delivery process.
Remember that some products are ready for you, and you can find them tagged with the “Ships Immediately” label. Others will be made once you place the order. These products are labelled with the “To be crafted” icon. In this case, be patience and read the production time for each piece. It will be worth the wait!

Also, during the shipping phase, our logistic partner will send you a text message with all the updated information about your delivery. You will be able to update your shipping details (e.g. address, time, delivery type) by answering to that text message.
We honor return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase.
MIRTA accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use, for refund. Please note that customized, personalized and exchanged products cannot be returned.
Returns must be packaged in the MIRTA box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
If the original order was below the 150€threshold for free shipping the shipping fee will be excluded from the refund. If a partial return brings the total amount paid below 150€, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund according to your local shipping rate.
To start a return, please navigate to https://www.mirta.com/returns andenter your order number and email and follow the steps. MIRTA will cover the return shipment and any customs fees for you. Possible refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days upon the arrival into our warehouse.
Once your return has been approved you have 7 days to use the provided shipping label before it and the return request expires.

Points expire after 12 months from your last order. Every time you make a new order, the calculation of 12 months starts again. This means if you placed a purchase on January 1st, 2020, points will expire on January 1st, 2021. If you came back and placed a purchase in April 2020, we move the 12-month expiration period, and points expire in April 2021.
